- Open the assessment in Shared Work and press “Accept” (or “Decline”).
- Answer the questions, add evidence photos and record findings — see Do an assessment in the field.
- “Sign and submit”. The organization reviews it and either accepts it or asks for a revision.
It works without signal: what you record is saved on this device, waiting to send.
