Do an assessment in the field

Answer each question, take evidence photos, record findings, and submit.

Open the assessment from “Yours to do”.
Answer each question: Reviewed — OK, Exception, Not applicable, or Unable to verify. “Come back to this” flags it for later.
Add a photo where it helps — some answers need one, and say so.
“Record a finding” for anything that needs action: a deficiency, an observation or a strength.
When everything is answered, “Sign and submit” (or “Submit for review”).

Working without signal? Answers and photos are kept on the device and sent when you are back online. After you submit, answers are read-only while the requester reviews.

Review findings and turn them into actionAccept or send back submitted work, then raise work orders, capital needs or actions from findings.
Do a shared assessment as an outside reviewerAccept the assessment, do it in the field, and sign and submit.
