Run a unit turn
From move-out to ready: start a Soft or Full turn, raise or link the work, clean it, walk it, and approve it.
How toReviewed September 27, 2026
- In Unit turns, press “Start a turn”, choose the space, Soft or Full, the target and who is responsible.
- “Raise work” for each repair, or “Link an existing work order” that is already open at the building. Each one is an ordinary work order.
- Raise the cleaning in Housekeeping. A finished clean is never the same as a ready room.
- “Walk it”: mark each line OK, Needs work or N/A. A line that needs work raises or links its work order.
- “Record the result” — Passed, or Needs correction with what to fix.
- “Approve as ready”, then confirm. It is refused while anything your rules ask for is still open, and says what.
Each count on Unit turns opens the turns it counts. A turn that is approved and then has a repair reopened reads “Needs correction” until it is done; the approval stays in its history. Your rules — targets for each type and what approval waits for — are in Property setup.
