Use Today to plan your day
Your own list: what is assigned to you or added by you, grouped by when it is due.
How toReviewed September 27, 2026
Today is personal: only work assigned to you, or added by you. It is grouped as Needs me, Overdue, Today, Coming up, Unclaimed and Done today.
Add something
Type in “What needs doing?” and press Add. You can set who it is assigned to, a due date, a priority and whether it repeats.
Work through it
- Check the box to complete a task.
- “Claim” takes a task that is waiting for anybody in your role — those sit under Unclaimed.
- “Put off” moves something to later today, tomorrow or next week. “Put them all back” undoes it.
- “Plan my day” lets you choose what you will do today; “Not today” removes an item from today without deleting it.
If more is due elsewhere in the workspace, Today says so and links to Attention. “Nothing needs you today” means exactly that.
