How it works

  1. Make the invoice at complimaint.com/invoice as usual.
  2. On the finished invoice, tap Bill this monthly. It is saved as a repeat on your phone.
  3. Next month, open the invoice maker and tap the customer under Recurring invoices. Same lines, today’s date, a fresh number.
  4. Check it, create it, and send it — Download PDF, Share or Email.

Save any invoice as a repeat and next month's is one tap — same lines, today's date, a fresh invoice number — and you send it. Nothing is sent without you. With a free account, Get Paid can also make each month's invoice on a schedule: as a draft for you to check, or emailed with the PDF attached if you turn that on for that customer.

A calendar reminder is one tap too (“monthly reminder” beside the saved repeat), so the first of the month does not slip by.

Questions people ask

Does it send the invoice automatically?
Not without an account — you press Send (or Share) every time. With a free account, a Get Paid schedule can email each month's invoice with the PDF attached, but only if you turn that on for that customer; otherwise it makes a draft for you to check.
Does each month get its own invoice number?
Yes. A repeat invoice is a new invoice each time, with the next number in your sequence and today's date.
Can I change the amount for one month?
Yes — the repeat opens as a draft with last month's lines, so change what is different and then create it.
How do customers pay?
Send the PDF and get paid your usual way — check, Zelle, cash, or whatever you normally use. Online card payments are coming.
