The home screen

The home screen is the launcher. Signed in, it shows what needs you, today's work and your applications. Press an application to open its home.

Inside an application

Each application has a home that lists its rooms — for example Facilities has Portfolio, Work Orders, Compliance, Vendors and Systems. On a phone, the bar along the bottom moves between the rooms of the application you are in.

Search

The search box at the top of every screen finds tools, your own records and help articles. Open it with Ctrl-K (⌘K on a Mac) or by pressing /.

The account menu

Your initials, top right, open the account menu: switch workspace, account settings, help, contact support and sign out.
