Cloud Beta terms

CompliMaint Cloud Beta is under active development. Features, storage behavior and the way records are organized may change while it is being built.

Keep your own copies

Keep independent copies of anything you are legally or operationally required to retain. You can export your workspace at any time from Account → Export. A beta service is not a records-retention system, and nothing here should be the only copy of a record you would be asked to produce.

It is free, and there is no payment method

Cloud Beta costs nothing and no payment method is required. Nothing is charged automatically. If paid plans are introduced you will be told before any charge and you will have to enroll yourself — nobody is enrolled by default.

What we have not claimed

CompliMaint has not established HIPAA compliance or any security certification for Cloud Beta. Please do not place protected health information, or other highly regulated personal information, into a beta cloud workspace. The free on-device tools are unchanged and continue to keep everything in your own browser.

Your workspace is yours

Records you store belong to your workspace and are readable only by people you have added to it. CompliMaint staff administer accounts and access; they are not members of your workspace and the administration screens do not open your records.
