What Nebraska requires
- Plan for the building becoming uninhabitable. Nebraska requires the plan to address and delineate how the facility will move residents to points of safety, or provide other means of protection, when ALL OR PART OF THE BUILDING is damaged or uninhabitable. The test is loss of the building itself, not just an evacuation route — and it must cover partial loss, where some residents move and others stay. 175 Neb. Admin. Code ch. 4, §006
